Agents

Rename, add or remove agents. The rotation length always equals the number of agents — with agents every lead reaches every agent once in rounds.

Import agents

A CSV file or a pasted list — one agent per line with a name and a WhatsApp number. A header row is optional. In Excel: File › Save As › CSV.

Add to the list Replace the whole list

Adding or removing agents keeps everything else in place. A new agent receives a fair share of leads taken from the fullest groups; a removed agent's leads are shared out among the others. No other lead changes hands, and outcomes, remarks, retired leads, printed sheets and the print log are all kept. Still best done between rounds.

Upload a file

A Bitrix lead export, or any spreadsheet saved as CSV — comma, semicolon or tab. From a Bitrix export the desk reads the name, every phone column, Campaign Name (or Source when there is none), Created, Stage and the lead ID.

Upload history

Every batch of leads that was added, newest first. Remove batch retires all of its leads at once (they never print again); Restore batch brings the removed ones back.

Sheet timers

A clock starts the moment a sheet is printed. When it runs out the agent is due to hand it back and take the next round.

Placeholders: {name} {round} {mins}

Print log

Desk time now: — all times on the desk are Gulf Standard Time (GMT+4).

Every print, newest first

Retired leads

Leads marked Connected or Not interested, removed by hand, or removed by an upload. They never appear on any sheet again.

Leads

Every lead in the desk, live and retired. Filter, tick the ones you want, then print, export, remove or restore them. Removing takes a lead out of the rotation for all agents.

Retires the lead and puts it on the Connected page under that agent's name.

Connected leads

Leads an agent marked Connected. They are out of the rotation. Export them, or send them back to Bitrix as CRM leads.

Mark a lead as connected

Find any lead by name, number or campaign, choose the agent who connected with them, and it goes onto this list (and out of the rotation).

Performance

How each agent is doing: calls recorded, leads connected, and sheets returned on time. An outcome is credited to the agent who recorded it.

Users

Who can sign in to the desk. Admins see everything. Agents see only the call sheet and can record outcomes and remarks — link an agent user to their rotation agent and the sheet opens on their leads.

Add user

The built-in admin signs in with username admin and the desk password set on the server. It cannot be removed here.

Sign-in history

Every sign-in with the desk time (GST) and what the device's own clock and time zone said at that moment, plus the device and network address.

Data & backup

Everything the desk records is saved to a shared database, so every computer that signs in sees the same agents, outcomes, remarks, timers and print log. Backups are still a good idea before big changes.

Backup

One file with agents, outcomes, remarks, print log, timers, retired leads and uploaded leads. Restore it on any machine running this desk.

Exports

Bitrix

Leads can be sent back to Bitrix24 as new CRM leads from the Leads and Connected pages. This needs an inbound webhook URL from Bitrix (Developer resources › Other › Inbound webhook, with CRM access) saved on the server as BITRIX_WEBHOOK_URL.

Clear all leads

Removes every lead and everything recorded about them — outcomes, remarks, retired list, printed sheets, timers, print log, assignments and upload history — so you can import a fresh file. Agents, logins, WhatsApp numbers and settings are kept.

Reset

Wipes everything recorded in the shared database, for everyone. The lead list itself is not affected.
